MD/works
MD/works is a hold-all for efforts relating to architecture. Part design studio and part workshop - its function is to provide for the range of activities that create spaces, structures and buildings.
Working on small projects in London and beyond, MD/works’ practice is focused on maintaining a link between the design and the delivery - the thinking and the doing of architecture.
Short of an overarching aesthetic dogma, our work is motivated by finding an intelligent path between the means available and the needs of all parties.

It’s run by Miles, who has kept a foot in both design and construction for the last 5 years after graduating from the RCA.

Currently working on renovating a schoolhouse, two new flats in London, an extension and a suite of furniture.
